Professor Lea Cassar, Professor of Empirical Economics at the University of Regensburg, delivered the latest edition of the Wellbeing Research Centre’s Seminar Series on Friday.
With a field study of 97 university students, her research examined the impact of mindfulness meditation on wellbeing and test scores.
