measurement

Professor Julian Jamison shared findings on individual valuations of life satisfaction and its impact on policy creation in the latest of the Wellbeing Research Centre’s Seminar Series.

His research, undertaken at the University of Oxford’s Global Priorities Institute, focuses on the interaction between individual preferences, decisions, and well-being on the one hand, and institutional policies on the other, with a special interest in explicit welfare tradeoffs.
